Studio Credits Terms

Studio Credits are participation tokens used only inside community.movie. They are not money, securities, crypto assets, investments, donations, profit shares, royalties, equity, or ownership rights. They cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for revenue or production control.

Studio Credits may be earned, granted, spent, or adjusted exclusively according to published membership rules, product flows, and ledger events recorded in your account. Balances are not bank deposits, stored value licensed for general spend, or negotiable instruments.

Spending Studio Credits (for example on boosts, votes where credits apply, packs, or optional features) does not guarantee placement, selection, production, distribution, or creative control. The studio may change earning rates, bundles, caps, or pricing with notice where required by law.

If your membership lapses or your account is suspended or closed under our Community Rules, unused Studio Credits may expire or be forfeited as described at checkout, in-product notices, or your membership settings.

You are responsible for tax reporting of any benefits we are legally required to report; most members will not receive cash payouts from Studio Credits.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we provide Studio Credits "as is" without warranties; our liability is limited as set out in the Terms of Service.
