They are also not cash, bank balances, regulated tradable instruments, digital commodities, donations, fees tied to studio revenue, corporate stake-like claims, or claims on studio income. They cannot be sold peer-to-peer, transferred to unknown wallets, withdrawn to a bank, or exchanged for creative control. How you earn them
Monthly allotments from membership, challenge rewards, promotions, or optional packs—each grant shows its rules and expiry in-product.
How you spend them
Typical uses include boosting ideas, unlocking gated votes, purchasing themed packs (where available), and optional Actor Universe flows. Availability varies by feature flag and challenge.
When balances lapse
If membership ends or an account is suspended, unused promotional credits may expire as disclosed at grant time. Review Refund & Cancellation.
Tax & accounting
Most members treat Studio Credits as closed-loop entertainment value. If a local regulator requires reporting for a specific promotion, we will disclose that at claim time.
