Refund & Cancellation Policy

Membership cancellation

You may cancel your paid membership at any time from your account dashboard or billing portal linked from settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your membership (and included Studio Credit grants for that period) generally remains active until the end of the then-current billing period unless law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Fees are earned when access is delivered. Unless applicable law or the checkout screen explicitly promises otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within fourteen (14) days through Contact with transaction identifiers; we will investigate good-faith billing mistakes.

Studio Credits after cancellation

Studio Credits are participation tokens governed by the Studio Credits Terms. When membership lapses, unused monthly allotments or promotional grants may expire according to the rules shown in-product at the time of grant. Purchased credit packs may have separate expiry language at checkout.

Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can help. Abuse of payment disputes may result in account closure.
